Another Preview of v9.

Okay so it's been a bit since I posted an early draft of a new layout. I've slowly been working on it whenever I get new idea's or inspiration and have the time to do so. I've uploaded 6 screenshots showing you pretty much the entire design as it stands at the moment. Now this design isn't finished and I still plan to add some stuff to it and continue to make it look even better so please leave a comment letting me know what you think, and what you want to see happen with version 9.

Love it so far, I really like how you are going to add my favorite games on to the site: .hack//, Zelda, Xenosaga

Cant wait to see the finished design If you need anything just let me know :P

I love the Shadow Hearts and XenoSaga series.

I've just bought the .hack series last year although the 4th one cost an arm and a leg.. lol. I've gotta work on getting the GU games later.

Dragon Quest 8 is the only DQ game I've played and I loved it. I'm excited to hear that Dragon Quest 10 is being made for the Nintendo Wii.

Grandia 2 and 3 were awesome games as well.. but Grandia Xtreme sucked.. and I've not managed to get the first Grandia yet.


I didn't much care for the first Kingdom Hearts that much, mainly cause for some reason the camera gave me motion sickness when trying to play it for a period of time... that and I never could figure out what to do to get past the Cave in Agrabah. However Kingdom Hearts 2 was amazing. I can't wait for a Kingdom Hearts 3.

I wish they'd quit releasing so many games to portable systems only and bring some to the Home Consoles. haha.

I've slowly been playing the Wii edition of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It's pretty cool but I think I still prefer Ocarina of Time. xD

Chrono Trigger is another awesome RPG... but I dislike Chrono Cross..

and The Legend of Dragoon was awesome as well.. I just wish Sony would make a sequel.

Oh gosh.. here I am rambling about RPG's.. lol. Well anyways glad you like it.

In this edition I chose to go less with the Graphic Presentation and more so on clean and easy navigation which would allow for better viewing of many games. As in the future (when I can get highspeed internet) I plan to do a mass over-haul and start the content sections completely over! As you can see from the massive list of games in the navigation, there will be a lot of new content and a lot of new games being added to the list that we cover. I plan to re-create every single content page. Instead of focusing on a lot of pages of content, I'll probably just write about the game, the plot, some detailed character bios, reception, and a review... and maybe have some walkthroughs from gamefaqs (with permission of course if the writers give the okay). Then the rest will be chock-full of media like Full-Motion Videos from the games, Artwork, Screenshots, Icons, anime episodes (like for Advent Children Complete, ff5 legend of the crystals, and the chrono trigger ova).

After I get completely done with this project of getting everything up, I'll probably close Grandia Online and use the domain for the Grandia section of Forgotten Memories... I'm also thinking of closing The Forgotten Network site, and whenever I can afford to shell out the $250 for vBulletion 4 I'll be removing the Kametsu website and using the CMS that comes with vB4 to run Kametsu in-sync with the forum and add lots of new features including a new (and dark) skin to the forum.
